4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8oz) cream cheese, room tempurature
1 pkg. dry Italian season mix
1 (24oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together for sauce and pour over chicken. Sprinkle mushrooms on top and cover and cook about 6- 8 hours on low. Serve over rice or noodles.
