Chicken Pesto Melts

1 loaf french bread
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup basil pesto spread
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 roma tomatoes, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, basil pesto, mozzarella. Mix throughly.
Spread the mixture on loaf of french bread and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10- 12 minutes. Slice into sections and enjoy warm!

We had these tonight and they were a HUGE hit. My 18 month old daughter ate it and she doesn't eat anything! My husband RAVED about them. Thanks so much!
