6 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tsp. splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
I scoop of vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat a pancake griddle over medium heat. Spray with non stick cooking spray and cook until golden brown on both sides! ENJOY! (picture from here.)
