First, let me say that I LOVE your blog, I read it daily. I so appreciate your genuine desire to help out fellow moms! Some of your recipes that we have on a regular basis: fiesta chicken lasagna (so easy and so good plus my 12 month old loves it), grandma's chicken and dumplins, baked ravioli, and penne/ricotta/pine nuts. I've also taken the lemonade pie to several events. It truly is the easiest dessert ever! As far as what other types of recipes I'd like to see......anything that can go in the crockpot since I don't get home from work some days until 6pm. It's always so great to walk in and know dinner is already made. Also, any recipes that freeze well to save for later. Again, thanks so much!
I'm still new at this cooking thing, and summer has been busy so I haven't had a chance to try to many new recipies, but I'm getting there! We LOVED the honey lime chicken enchiladas, and I made your waffle recipie again and love that too! I just need to go through and try more of these. I agree with the comment above... I would love to learn more yummy easy crock pot recipies so that I can throw it together in the morning and have it be ready at dinner time (i'm a lazy cook), and maybe some summer BBQ marinades for different meat.
I love reading your blog. Logging on is part of my morning ritual! My kids loved the Easy Ravioli Bake. Pretty much like Lasagna, just way easier. My husband loved the Mizithra Cheese pasta, and actually requests it (this is a first in the 18 years we've been married). I did the cute patriotic cupcakes for the 4th of July and they were a hit! Thanks for taking the time to do this.

I have a request Kelly. I need side dish recipes too. Something my picky kids will eat.
