3/4 cup Captain Crunch® cereal
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup fat free (skim) milk
1/2 banana, sliced
In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping blender once to scrape sides. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately. (picture from bettycrocker.com)
